NEW SYSTEMS

 

 

■ Fortress Level Increase

 

The maximum level of Fortress and other major buildings has been increased to S7.

The maximum level of the following buildings has been increased to S7.

- Fortress, Dock, Cannon Workshop, Shipyard, Gate, Lore Collection, Weapon Workshop, Pub, Cave of Treasure, Tavern, Healer's Hut

 

※ If you upgrade Shipyard to S7, you can build a new tier 18 ship, “King’s Wing”.

※ The maximum level of Lighthouse has been increased to S5 due to the level increase of other buildings to S7.

 

If you upgrade Pub to S7, you can hire new tier 14 pirates, “Musket Marksman”, and “Tough Musket Marksman”.

A tier 13 weapon is required to hire a tier 14 pirate, “Musket Marksman”.

And the weapon can be crafted in S7 Weapon Workshop.

 

※ A research related to “Musket Marksman” can be done at S7 Lore Collection.

 

 

■ Captain Level Increase

 

The maximum level of Captain is increased to 80 from 70.

New Captain Skills are added due to the increase of Captain level.

 

 

■ Ship Level Increase

 

The maximum level of common ships is increased to 45 from 40.

The maximum level of Unique Ships is increased to 50 from 45.

 

※ The maximum level of Ship Upgrade is increased to 21 from Crimson Dragon.

 

 

■ New Notorious Pirates

 

S3, S4, S5, and S6 Notorious Pirates are added.

When you attack S3, S4, S5, and S6 Notorious Pirates, Special Class Letter of Marque is required.

 

 

■ Tactician Level Increase

 

The maximum level of Tacticians has been increased to 35 from 33 except tier 1 and 2 tacticians.

 

※ When a Tactician reaches level 35, a level of one of the skills’ will increase by 1.

 

A new gift for Tacticians, Alligator Leather is added to level up tacticians to 34 and 35.

You can obtain Alligator Leather by hunting level 28 to S6 monsters.

 

※ S4, S5, and S6 monsters have a higher chance of drop rate for Alligator Leather.

 

 

■ New Researches

 

New researches are added in “Ruling” and “War” due to the increase of Lore Collection level to S7.

A new Cabin Expansion in “Ruling” research increases the maximum pirate capacity of Tavern. Therefore, you can have more pirates than before.

A new debuff is added in “War” research. Therefore, you can enjoy more intense battles with it.

 

 

■ New Captain Skills

 

New skills are added in “Pirates”, “Ships”, and “Management”.

 

 

■ New Alliance Researches

 

New Alliance Researches are added in “Pirates”, “Ships”, and “Economy”.

 

 

■ New Ship

 

A new tier 18 ship, “King’s Wing” is added.

 

You can exchange Premium Ship Blueprints x 5,000 for Premium Ship Tier Up Ticket [King’s Wing].

When Shipyard level reaches S7, you can build “King’s Wing”.

 

Premium Ship Tier Up Ticket [King’s Wing] can only be used to “Crimson Dragon”.

Premium Ship Blueprints x 5,000 can be exchanged for Premium Ship Tier Up Ticket [King’s Wing].

 

※ To do tier up, it should not exceed the number of obtainable unbuildable Premium Ships in Shipyard.

※ When you do tier up “Crimson Dragon” to “King’s Wing”, Ship Level and Ship Upgrade will remain.

※ “King’s Wing” is included in Unbuildable Premium Ships.

※ “Carronade” cannon is required to repair “King’s Wing”.

 

 

■ Upgrade Success Gauge for Legendary Equipment

 

A new upgrade system for Legendary Equipment is applied.

Even you fail in legendary equipment upgrade, you will have 100% chance rate to upgrade the equipment by accumulating the required number of Soul of the Blacksmith.

 

 

■ Territory Deco Menu

 

From Deco Menu, you can manage decoration items such as Name Tag, Territory/Ship Effect, and Territory Skin.

 

※ Deco Icon is added in Territory Menu.

 

 

■ New Tier 5 Tactician

 

A new tier 5 tactician, Damon Cunningham (Wind) is added.

You can meet him from the reward of the Edge of the Abyss and Uncommon Invitation Letter.

Damon Cunningham (Wind) is a useful tactician for PvP and PvE.

 

 

■ Caribbean Pass Season 4

Caribbean Pass season 4 begins.

In this season, the maximum tier is increased to 200 from 100.

 

From Caribbean Pass season 4, you can have a special purchase reward by purchasing Gold Pass 2.

When you purchase Gold Pass 2, you can have a seasonal limited item, Raise the Anchor Name Tag.

 

※ You can obtain a territory skin, “Spooky Spectral Sawfish” by reaching tier 70. (For Gold Pass only)

※ You can have Cabi-Pass Treasure Box from tier 71.

※ You can have a preview of “Raise the Anchor Name Tag” and “Spooky Spectral Sawfish Territory Skin” from Deco Menu.

 

Gift feature for Gold Pass 2 is added.

If you complete a transaction of Gold Pass 2 as a gift, Gold Pass 2 opens immediately for the captain who receives.

 

※ A captain who gifts Gold Pass 2 can have a Special Cabi-Pass Treasure Box.

※ In the same server, you can send gifts to captains Lvl 10 or above only.

※ You cannot gift a captain who already has Gold Pass 2.

 

Some missions have been improved in Caribbean Pass season 4.

Some Caribbean Pass missions have been removed and added for the balance.

 

※ Guide feature is added to assist in missions.

 

 

■ Gibbs’ Gift

 

A seasonal pass, Gibbs’ Gift is added.

A season of Gibbs’ Gift begins on the last day of every month.

After the end of season, there is a rest period until the next season.

 

※ Each season continues for 56 days(8 weeks). And the first season start on 9/30 PDT.

※ You can have a special reward by purchasing “Gibbs’ Special Gift”.

 

During the season of “Gibbs’ Gift”, you can earn Gift Points by completing Daily Quests. You can have graded rewards depending on accumulated Gift Points.

 

※ Once the season ends, your Gift Points and graded rewards are reset.

※ You cannot access to the menu of Gibbs’ Gift during the rest period.

※ If you do not purchase “Gibbs’ Special Gift”, you can only have free rewards.

■ EITC Fleet Information

 

You can check the consist of EITC Fleet in advance by tapping EITC Fleet -> (?) Icon.

 

※ In some events, you can earn points by hunting EITC Fleet.

 

 

SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS​

 

 

■ Alliance Festival

 

Pop-up message appears when your alliance achieves the next level in Selective Rewards.

Various missions will be shown in Alliance Festival.

Some Selective Rewards have been increased.

 

 

■ Free Stamina Recovery

 

Advertisement for free stamina recovery is added.

Each time you watch an advertisement video, your stamina recovers by 100.

Every day, you can only recover stamina 5 times by watching advertisement video.

 

※ You can watch an advertisement video for free stamina recovery from pop-up message which appears when your stamina is insufficient.

※ You cannot watch an advertisement video for free stamina recovery, in case your stamina is full.

 

■ Conquest Schedule for New Servers

 

For new servers, the first opening schedule of Port City Conquest and Port Royal Conquest have been changed.

 

The first opening schedule of Port City Conquest for new servers is changed to 24 days after server opening date.

The first opening schedule of Port Royal Conquest for new servers is changed to 90 days after server opening date.

 

 

■ Alliance Skill Cool Time Decrease

 

  

Alliance Skill cool time is decreased by 50%.

 

※ However, cool time of Sea God's Blessing, Armor Plating, and Mermaid Island Conquest remain the same.

 

 

■ Uncommon Resource Craft Cost and Time Decrease

 

The required amount of resources to craft 5 or above Uncommon Resources has been decreased.

The time to craft 5 or above Uncommon Resources has been decreased.

 

 

■ Depot Capacity Increase

 

The maximum resource capacity of territory for Food, Wood, and Silver is increased.

 

 

■ UI Improvement

 

1. Guide about Ship and Pirate stats is added.

2. You can create Group Chat name by overlapping the name.

3. Alliance Chat has been removed from Server Chat.

4.You can see the remaining time of Peace Shield on your territory.

 

 

Bug Fixes

 

 

■ Bug Fixes

 

1. “Ship Recovery” message appears in case of repairing ship.

2. Defeat message appears after winning in Alliance Battle.

3. When Ship Upgrade material is insufficient, Upgrade button is not activated.

4. Occasionally, Peace Shield is deactivated while participating in Raid and EITC Rally Attack.

5. In case of having Sunken Ship due to Attack Fail, recovery icon does not show up immediately.
