This is the GM for Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War at your service.​

The World Boss has been added to the Caribbean! We are here to help you understand the World Boss -The powerful and gigantic creature- that came up all the way from the deep sea.

Check the details of the new contents below. You can’t afford to miss out on this information!

First, only one World Boss will appear per server.

You will be notified when the Boss appears, but please take note that you have to look for the location of it on your own! 

 

[How to attack the World Boss]

1. Only the stamina is consumed in attacking the World Boss.

2. Both Normal attack and Rally attack is effective but, Rally attack will get rid of your peace shield while Normal attack won't. Please note, Rally attack on the World Boss will drop your Peace Shield.

3. You will receive a battle report through a glass bottle if your attack is successful.

4. The World boss will relocate randomly when a certain amount of HP is drained.

5. Defeat the World Boss before the time runs out to get bountiful rewards!

Look, the giant Lobster next to the World Boss seems like a tasty Lobster on the dining table.

Upon touching the World Boss, you can check Contribution Rank 1, 2, 3, as well as your rank. The remaining time before the World Boss leaves the Caribbean Sea temporarily will be shown also.

Now let's check out the reward.

The rewards from the World Boss are divided into General rewards and Final Hit rewards.

[World Boss Reward]

1. Participants will be rewarded according to the contribution rank. You will get higher contribution rank if you deal more damage to it.

2. The Captain who lands a final blow to the World Boss will receive a Final Hit reward.

3. The reward will be sent to the mail with information of 'the captain who landed the final blow' and 'your contribution ranking' as shown in the screenshot above.

It is finally time to put off the war temporarily to defeat World Boss!
