Ahoy, me hearties!
Back in November of last year, we celebrated the maiden voyage of the Tier 20 Ship, the Golden Griffin. In this edition of the Dev Notes, we will set coordinates for the horizon, spanning the tides traveled by those of extraordinary berth!
We’re happy to introduce the all-new Ship Tier 21 ‘Winged Justice’, a lethal, albeit brassy buccaneer of a Tactician, and the expansion of Ship Levels and Upgrades!
So, weigh anchor, batten the hatches, and check out the details
below!
■ New! Tier 5 Tactician, ‘Victoria
Allen (Fire)’
Meet ‘Victoria Allen (Fire)’! This Tactician is equipped with Skills based on high critical strike rates!

for 2 turns. |

[Sharpshooter]
[Passive] Increases critical hit chance. |
A successful, critical hit on the enemy also activates an additional attribute!
Her Passive Skill 'Sharpshooter' which increases critical hit chances will
be a strong addition to your team of Tacticians.
Not only is this Tactician capable, but she is also steadfast in
carrying the crew with a contingency of supportive Skills that assist her allies.
She is sure to provide excellent support, especially for extensive Combat!

Allen (Fire) by their side.
※ This Tactician can be obtained via the Invitation
Letter [Uncommon] and by completing the Edge Stages in the Cave of the Abyss.
■ New Tier 21 Ship, ‘Winged
Justice’
8,000 Premium Ship Blueprints can be exchanged for (1) Premium Ship Tier Up Ticket [Winged Justice].
※ [Winged Justice] can be reached by Tiering Up
from the [Golden Griffin].
※ New Research for the Tier 21 Ship will be added,
found in [Expert Research] where Research for Buffs and Upgrades can be completed
for the [Winged Justice].
※ Expert Research to increase the Level cap
for the [Winged Justice] will be required to go beyond the desired Level.
※ Additional Research will be required to further
Upgrade your Ships.
■ Ship Level & Upgrade
Expansion
The MAX level of the Ship Level
and Upgrade will be increased.
ㄴ MAX Premium Ship Level will be increased to Lv.63
ㄴ MAX Unique Ship Level will be increased to Lv. 68
ㄴ MAX Ship Upgrade Level will be increased to Lv. 30
ㄴ MAX Expert Research for each Ship will be increased up to Lv. 25
※ Unique Ship Level requirement adjustments will be made
to reduce progression difficulty.
ㄴ The type of Cannons required to Level Up will be adjusted
to match.
※ Level requirements will be added upon Level
progression (Shipyard/Ship Level, Upgrade Level/Pirate Hall)
■ Expedition Fleet & Spare Dock
Improvements
You can now Assign Ships docked in your Territory’s Dock to the
Expedition Fleet.
※ Ships can
be assigned to the Expedition Fleet by clicking [Territory] – [Spare Dock] tabs
in the Expedition Fleet Formation window.
※ Ships Assigned
to the Expedition Fleet cannot Set Sail from the Territory and are unable to be
utilized in Tortuga Brawl and Battle of the Storm encounters.
※ Ships Assigned
to the Expedition Fleet will not participate in Territory Defense when the
Territory is being attacked.
※ You can adjust
the UI by clicking the button next to the [Spare Dock] tab from your Territory.
The “Place All” function that will allow the selection of all available
Ships will be added!
You can also select Ships to form the Expedition Fleet with the “Place All” button.
※ Select Ships that you’d like to move from the Territory
and the Spare Dock, then click “Complete” to switch places between the Ships selected.
※ If the
number of Ships in the Territory and Spare Dock are not equal in quantity, the
remaining number of Ships will be automatically placed in the vacant slots.
※ If the
number of selected Ships is greater than the number of slots selected, the select
all function will not be offered.
An ‘Expedition Fleet Scout Disruption’ item will be added to prevent your
Expedition Fleet from being Scouted!
※ This buff can be viewed/used from the ‘Expedition Fleet Buff’ tab.
The Expedition Fleet can now be utilized to stop/cancel Assaults!
※ You can prevent
an Assault by selecting the main Fortress.
※ You can
select the starting location to stop the Assault from either your Territory or
the Expedition Fleet.
※ An existing
Territory ‘Peace Shield’ will not be removed if you attempt to prevent the Assault
of other players using the Expedition Fleet.
The cost of [Immediate Return] will be reduced depending on
the Flagship’s Level.
※ The cost of Immediate Return can be confirmed via the
Flagship UI.
※ The reduced cost of Immediate Return can be observed in
the Details section upon Leveling Up.
The Formation of the Expedition Fleet can be canceled by clicking the
Ship on the upper corner of the Expedition Fleet Formation UI.
■ Island of Knowledge Improvements
You will now be able to skip Battle Replays!
※ Results
will be immediately available when selecting the “Skip Battle Replay” option as
shown.
※ You can continue
to enjoy the Battle Replay function if the “Skip Battle Replay” is deselected.
■ New Tactician Collection Added
2 new Tactician Collections, 'Secret of Talisman' and 'Lost Honor', will
be added to the Tactician Collection.
The ‘Heroes of the Caribbean’ in the Tactician Collection will be
expanded to Level 5.
The rewards for collecting Tacticians will be extended to Level 123.
