If you are having a trouble to login with your account, kindly follow the steps below.
1. Tap Portrait > Account > Log Out Menu.
2. Choose the login menu where you have linked your account before. (Email, Facebook, Google, Apple)
3. Hopefully, you can access to your account!
- How to Reset the Password
Please follow the steps below to reset the password
Open the game -> Go to login menu -> Tap E-mail -> Tap 'Forgot your password?'

Tap captain portrait in the game -> Setting(Upper right) -> Account -> Log Out)

- Find your Google play store receipt and order number
Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with the Google account that you used to buy.
On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
Click View purchases.
Select an order to see your receipt. If you need your order number, you can find it on the receipt page.
(Usually the order number of Google starts with GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX)
- Find your Apple Store receipt and order number
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID and password that you used to buy.
choose Sign In and screenshot your latest purchase at the Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War.
Make sure the order number is included. It consists of CAPITAL alphabet letters and numbers.

- Find your Facebook receipt and Payment ID
To view your payment history:
Click in the top right of Facebook and select Settings.
Click Payments in the left menu.
Click a payment to view your receipt to see Payment ID
