[NOTICE] How to Send Purchase Inquiry

If you have not received a package after purchasing, kindly follow the steps below.
1. Login 'Google Play Store' or 'Apple Store' with the same account and device that you used to make a purchase.
2. Restart the game.
3. Tap Store in the game.
4. Kindly check 'inbox' if the package is delivered.

- Find your Google play store receipt and order number
Visit pay.google.com/ and sign in with the Google account that you used to buy.
On the left, click Subscriptions and services.
Click View purchases.
Select an order to see your receipt. If you need your order number, you can find it on the receipt page.
(Usually the order number of Google starts with GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX)
- Find your Apple Store receipt and order number
Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID and password that you used to buy.
choose Sign In and screenshot your latest purchase at the Pirates of the Caribbean:Tides of War.
Make sure the order number is included. It consists of CAPITAL alphabet letters and numbers.

- Find your Facebook Gameroom receipt and Payment ID
To view your payment history:
Click in the top right of Facebook and select Settings.
Click Payments in the left menu.
Click a payment to view your receipt to see Payment ID
