We have confirmed that an intermittent gameplay anomaly was affecting some Captains, preventing those affected from entering Round 1 of Cutthroat Cove.

An in-depth investigation is underway set on isolating the circumstances associated with the cause of this anomaly. Once found, a fix will be applied as soon as possible.

Captains who were affected by this anomaly, will be able to access the game after the completion of Round 1 ended at 03:45 UTC.

Due to the circumstances, compensation has been provided via in-game mail to those affected by the Round 1, Cutthroat Cove anomaly​. (Updated)
