Greetings, Captains.

As the Facebook (Meta) Gaming Platform Service is coming to its closure on March 29th, 2024, we would like to provide a thorough guidance on how to link your account to other platforms using a mobile device to protect your precious accounts from being lost.

Please note that in order to link game accounts that are linked to Facebook (Meta) Gaming Platform to other platforms, you must proceed via mobile devices, as it is impossible to do so via Facebook (Meta) Gaming Platform.

Please refer to the steps written below, and make sure to link your accounts as guided.

■ How to login to your Account using Facebook login

1. If you don't have the Facebook app, download it from your device's app store.

2. Open the Facebook app and log in using the same Facebook credentials that you've linked to your Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War (POTC: TOW) account.

3. Download the game on your mobile or tablet device using this [Link].

4. Now, open the POTC:TOW game.

5. When prompted to log in, select the option to log in with Facebook.

6. You'll see a screen asking for permission. Select 'Continue as [Your Facebook Name]' to grant access to the game.

* Please note that your Facebook app profile must match the account details you used to link for Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War (POTC: TOW).

After successfully signing in to your game account, kindly follow the instructions below to link your account to your other preferred login option.

If you have successfully logged in, you can proceed with the account link in the in-game settings.

1. From the initial screen, tap on your Captain Profile in the upper-left corner.

2. Tap on Settings (cog icon) in the upper-right corner.

 ​

3. Tap on Account.

 ​

4. Tap on Link Account.

 ​

5. Select from E-mail/Google/Apple where you want to link your account (login option).

 ​

※ Please take note that E-mail is used here separately from Google and Apple.

※ Using a Google email address, for example, as your E-mail login option does not automatically link your account to Google or vice versa.

※ If you will be playing using Google Play Games Beta, please select Google when linking your account.

For those that cannot download or access Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War through mobile device, please note that we are currently working diligently to provide a PC version as soon as possible.
