[NOTICE] 7/20/22 - The 6th Server Change Event!

Hello, Captains.
The Server Change
Event is upon us and will begin July 20th, 2022 after the maintenance!
Captains will have
the opportunity to apply for a Server Change once the event begins.
Please check the
details below for more information on the application period, procedure, and
reminders to help plan for your next adventure!

1. Server Change Schedule
From July 20th, 2022 after Maintenance ~ July 26th at 18:00 PDT
※ Server
Change feature will not be available after the event period ends.
2.
Requirements to Participate
To change servers,
a Server Change Ticket is required depending on the Fortress Level, and Gem or
Gold can take the place of the required Server Change Tickets.

※ Captains with Fortress Level 6 or below can transfer servers freely as usual and will be able to move with the allotted resources contained within your Depot’s Protected Resource Capacity.

7 and above can participate in the event

※ You will be able to move to an older server group when changing servers, but you cannot move to a server group that is younger (where the server’s age is less than that of the server you are moving from).
※ Captains on Servers that have
been created less than 120 days cannot apply for a Server Change.
Here are a few
examples:
Ex 1) Captains
from Group B-2 CAN NOT transfer to Group B-1.
However, they CAN
transfer within Group B-2 or to Group B-3.
Ex 2) Captains from
Group B-1 CAN transfer to B-1, B-2, and B-3 Groups.
※ Captains can only move within the same
group.
※ Captains cannot transfer between
Server Groups.
※ Server 262 may move to Group B-2 upon
reaching its 221 day mark.
■ Fortress Level Restriction
A Server Move will
not be permitted if your Fortress Level is 2 Levels higher than the highest
Fortress Level on the server you want to move to.
Ex) You cannot
transfer to a server if the highest Fortress Level on the server you wish to
transfer to is Level 10 and your Fortress is Level 12.
3. How to Change
Servers
Go to Server List
> Select a Server > Tap ▶ button on the right side of the UI
> Apply for Server Change
※ To check Server List, select
[More] on the bottom left-hand corner > select Server List
※ ▶ An arrow icon will appear for servers that are
available for you to transfer to.
- All mail and
Gifts must be read and redeemed before changing Servers
- You cannot apply
for Server Change while in an Alliance. Please leave your current Alliance before
changing Servers
- You will not be
able to change Servers for 30 days after moving Servers
- Captains with
Fortress Level 1 to 16 cannot change Servers while exceeding the allowed
quantity the Depot’s Protected Resource Capacity allows
- Captains with
Fortress Level 17 and above can change Servers with the total amount of resources
in their possession
- You cannot move
to another Server while a Server Change has already begun
- You cannot
change Servers while Plundering Equipment. If you attempt to change Servers
while Plundering Equipment, the affected Equipment will be abandoned.
- Upon completion
of the Server Change, points from the Cave of the Abyss, the Edge will remain,
but the Event Points acquired from the current [To the End of Horizon] will be
reset
- [Hall of Fame]
records for the Cave of the Abyss, the Edge will remain in the previous Server
- The Ranking from
Cave of the Abyss, the Edge will be removed from the previous Server and your
Rank will be calculated upon moving to the target Server
- Ranking scores
will not be visible until accessing your account after completing the move to
the target Server
- Server Change
may not happen immediately due to increased traffic across each Server
(If the
queue is full during a Captain’s attempt to Change Servers, your application
will be processed once the queue opens again)
- Upon a
successful Server Change, Captains will be returned to the Login screen
(It may
take up to 30 minutes to complete the Server Change)
- Captains will
not be able to log in if the Server Change has not been completed
(If you
attempt to log in while the Server Change is in progress, you will be notified
via a pop-up message)
