We bring you the latest Dev Notes of what to expect from our next big update and more!

This edition of the Dev Notes will highlight new features and improvements.

 

■ New Tier 5 Tactician

A new, steadfast Tactician who attacks while ignoring the opponent’s Armor, “Ivan Zverev (Fire)” has arrived!

 

With the addition of Ivan Zverev, three Tactician Collections where he is featured will be available.

 

※ This Tactician can be obtained by using Invitation Letter [Uncommon] and by successfully completing the Edge Stages in the Cave of the Abyss.

■ New Tier 20 Ship

The all new “Golden Griffin”, the Tier 20 ship, and the mighty “Mons Meg” Cannon to accompany it, will be added.

 

The “Golden Griffin” will not yet be available at the Shipyard, but an exchange of 7,000 Premium Ship Blueprints can be made for (1) Premium Ship Tier Up Ticket [Golden Griffin].

 

Rule the Caribbean with the mighty Golden Griffin!

※ Premium Ship Tier Up Ticket [Golden Griffin] can be used on Hell Hound Ships only.

※ Mons Meg is also used to upgrade the Gate to Level S9.

■ New Server World Boss: Buffs & Visual Improvements

Powerful buffs will be added to support your contributions to the Server World Boss!

 

And various effects will be visible to inform you of the appearance of the Server World Boss.

A special aura effect will be visible on the Server World Boss icon 10 minutes prior its appearance and a pop-up will appear on your screen upon its arrival.

■ New Specialty Research

Specialty Research, which will be available upon reaching Lv. S2 of the Lore Collection, will be introduced.

 

This feature will contribute to the further growth of your Tacticians!

■ Prison Camp’s MAX Level Increase

By popular demand, the MAX level of the Prison Camp will be increased to Level S8!

 

In addition, Tier 11 Pirate Champion Sword Masters can now be captured from S level EITC and S level Notorious Pirates.

 

Capture and hold more Prisoners with the increased, MAX level!

■ New Chronicle Feature

Chronicle is a Server-wide, cooperative feature where all Captains on the Server can participate and grow together.

 

Missions are added depending on the age of the respective Server.

Upon completing Missions, increase of Fortress MAX level and various other benefits will become available.

■ New Event Center

The Event Center is a hub where you can now view active Missions and Events!

 

You can access the Event Center via the Event icon.

Chronicle Missions can also be tracked here.

■ Increased MAX Level for Captains & Ships

MAX Level of Captains will increase from Level 80 to 90!

MAX Level of Unique Ships will increase to Level 65 and MAX Level of normal Ships will increase to 60!

■ Improved Tactician Invitation

[Common] and [Uncommon] Tactician Invitation selections will be separated and the option to invite 10 Tacticians at a time will be added!

■ New Equipment Master Level

Master Level for Equipment Sets will be added.

 

By using Souls of the Blacksmith and Equipment as materials, you can increase Equipment Master Levels to gain Equipment Set Buffs!

■ New Consecutive Equipment Upgrade/Refine Feature

When using the Equipment Refine or Upgrade features, an option to use this feature 10 times consecutively will be added.

 

When Upgrading Equipment consecutively, all results will be listed individually. However, the process can be stopped by tapping Stop or upon successful Upgrade.

For consecutive Equipment Refinements, results will be displayed all at once!

※ When the available consecutive attempts are less than 10, it can be adjusted to current availability.

■ Improved World Expedition

Currently, only one active Expedition Mission is allowed at a time. Starting a second Mission will cause nullification of the first Mission.

 

For faster completion of available Missions, and ease of use, multiple World Expedition Missions can now be active at once!

■ Improved Market Structure

The Market has been revamped!

 

VIP Shop will be available at the Market alongside the Barter and Server Wars Shop.

Not only that, but we have also improved the overall UI of the Market for better visibility and for ease of use!

■ Improved Animal Companion Power Level Display

Animal Companion’s Power Level will be displayed!

 

When Animal Companion is on board with a Tactician, its Power Level will be displayed so you can observe their growth.

■ Expansion of Auto ‘Use Speed Up’ Feature

The auto ‘Use Speed Up’ feature can now be used for Producing Uncommon Resources, Ship Level-Ups, and Ship Upgrades.

■ New Caribbean Pass Season 11

A new season of Caribbean Pass will begin!

 

In this season, “Creepy Mystery Mansion Territory Skin” can be obtained upon reaching Tier 70 with the Gold Pass.

With Gold Pass 2 you will earn special benefits and can obtain the “Mystery Lantern Name Tag”.

​■ New Gibbs’ Gift

A new season of Gibbs’ Gift will begin sometime in December.

 

The reward “Gibbs' Special Select Box” will be changed to “Gibbs' Special Select Box II” with more selectable rewards to choose from!

“Howling Name Tag” will be added and can also be obtained through Gibbs’ Gift.

■ Improved Path of the Great Pirate

A part of the UI for Path of the Great Pirate has been improved.

 

Previously, you would have to click through each day to see if the entire day’s Missions had been completed.

After the update, a checkmark indicator will be added to reflect the completion of all Missions for that day.

■ Improved Story Mode

Story Mode in Shansa’s Cave has been improved.

 

Upon progressing from Chapter 1 of the Story Mode, a guiding arrow will mark the enemy for easier visibility.

You will not be able to enter the Story Mode if your Territory does not have any Ships.

■ New Tactician Rank

In the Detailed Power Lv. Rank page, a Tactician Rank category will be added.

 

This Menu can help you check and track Combat Power of other Captains, along with your own.
