[NOTICE] The Issue that 'Monster Hunting Subscription(Monthly)' is not applied intermittently.

After update on March 16th PDT, we confirmed that certain captains experienced the issue that Monster Hunting Subscription(Monthly) is not applied properly.
And it was resolved by update on March 22nd PDT.
But the issue happened as well previously.
We regret to inform you that we were not able to assist you immediately due to a problem while verifying the issue that Monster Hunting Subscription(Monthly) is not applied.
We sincerely apologize for the immense inconvenience.
To captains who did not receive Monster Hunting Subscription(Monthly) during the time when the error occurred, we will provide compensation as below.

*If Monster Hunting Subscription(Monthly) was not applied more than a month, we will compute the average captain XP that you can earn during a month and provide it.
We have been assisting you to minimize any damage due to Monster Hunting Subscription(Monthly) error.
But it is difficult to cancel the payment of previous months because the payment of subscription product is processed monthly.
So we have been providing subscription by considering the months that were not applied.
Currently, we are changing the system to provide one month subscription and the average captain XP that you can earn during a month.
Because it is difficult to provide in case it was not applied for several months.
(If you do not want us to apply Monster Hunting Subscription(Monthly) due to the delay, we can provide Gems instead. So please note it in the use of game.)
Recently, we have noticed a unique case that subscription of the captain was not applied for fifteen months.
It was handled based on the guideline above.
Please note that this compensation guideline is used for all the players regardless of nationality.
