[NOTICE] How to resolve 'Unable to play ad at the moment' message​

If you have 'Unable to play ad at the moment' message, kindly follow the steps below.


For iOS
Setting → Privacy → Allow tracking → Go to Advertising → Reset Advertising Identifier → Restart the game → Try again after a few minutes

For Android
Settings → Google Setting → Ads  -> Activate 'Opt out of Ads Personalisation' → Reset Advertising ID → Restart the game → Try again after a few minutes
