In this update, there are news that captains would really love to hear. We have the tactician who is specialized and the best in singular firepower, vanquish feature in Cave of the Abyss, Bonus Time Rewards, and other improvements for convenience.

Let me give you a heads up about various and meaningful news, right now!

■ New Tier 5 Tactician, “Ekaterina Orlova (Dark)”

A new tactician, “Ekaterina Orlova (Dark)” will appear in this update!

“Ekaterina Orlova (Dark)” from Russia has a strong singular firepower.

You may use this tactician in many areas where you can maximize her specialty!

■ Caribbean Pass Season 6

“Cursed Ghost Island Territory Skin” is newly released.

You can have this season exclusive item by reaching tier 70 in season 6.

Also, “Cursed Ghostly Chains Territory Name” will be provided when you purchase Gold Pass 2.

■ Bonus Time Reward System Improvement

We have been providing Bonus Time Rewards through mail.

But this will be improved so you can claim it directly during Bonus Time. (Territory -> News -> Bonus Time)

You may use this feature for convenience at every Bonus Time!

■ Vanquish Feature in Cave of the Abyss

Vanquish feature will be added in Cave of the Abyss from this update.

You used to clear Cave of the Abyss from stage 1 due to the season reset.

But you will be able to use this feature once for each Challenge and Hard level based on your score from the previous season.

You can challenge the higher stage right away!

The condition to use Vanquish feature is as below.

▶Challenge: Clear stage 40.

▶Hard: Clear stage 30.

To use Vanquish feature in Challenge level, you need to clear stage 40.

To use Vanquish feature in Hard level, you need to clear stage 30.

The stages will be cleared the same as your score from the previous season.

And you can have rewards from vanquished stages.

But please be noted that you cannot use this feature in Edge level~

■ Maximum Cannon Produce Increase

Many captains suggested that it would be great if the maximum cannons produce in Cannon Workshop increases.

To apply valuable suggestions from captains, the maximum cannon produce will be increased 10 times!

Especially, it can be increased greatly through research.

I recommend you to proceed “Increase Number of Cannons Produces” research from Lore Collection.

Kindly check below to know before and after the improvement in the number of cannon produce.

■ Alliance Building Auto Retrieve Feature

The system will be added to retrieve alliance building in case it is located outside of alliance territory.

By this update, alliance buildings that are located outside of alliance territory will automatically be retrieved in the Caribbean.

If there is an alliance building which is located outside of alliance territory, please retrieve it in advance.

■ Auto Recovery System for Sunken Ship

Sometimes your precious ships are sinking after an intense battle in the Caribbean.

Until now, sunken ship was lost in case it was not recovered within a certain period.

By this update, it will be improved so sunken ship will automatically be recovered instead of losing it after a certain period.

Of course, you can also recover it immediately by using Salvage Kits~!

■ Battle Report Manage Feature

You would receive many battle reports in mail box after participating in battles.

By this update, you can select options to receive or refuse battle report mail from battle report manage feature for PvE contents!

You may use it to receive specific battle reports only!

■ Fleet Info while Sailing and Collecting

The feature will be added to check your fleet info while sailing and collecting.

■ “Receive Immediately” Feature after Purchasing

After purchasing, package used to be delivered to mail box. But it will be improved so you can immediately receive the package in inventory at the time of purchase.

You will be able to purchase more convenient because purchased package goes to inventory instead of mail box.

■ Battle of the Storm Improvement

There is also a news about Battle of the Storm that many captains are enjoying!

Kindly check the details below and enjoy Battle of the Storm with more excitement and intensity.

1) Name tag and buff will be added in Ranking Reward from 1st to 50th.

1st place: [Battle of the Storm] Ruler of the Rough Seas Gold Name Tag

- Effective Period: 7 days

- Effective Buff:

- Increases Ship Vs. Ship Firepower by 10%

- Increases Ship Armor by 10%

- Increases Voyage Speed by 50%

2nd place: [Battle of the Storm] Ruler of the Rough Seas Silver Name Tag

- Effective Period: 7 days

- Effective Buff:

- Increases Ship Vs. Ship Firepower by 10%

- Increases Ship Armor by 10%

3rd ~ 50th place: [Battle of the Storm] Ruler of the Rough Seas Bronze Name Tag

- Effective Period: 1-7 days

- Effective Buff:

- Increases Ship Vs. Ship Firepower by 10%

2) Defense fleet feature will be added in Battle of the Storm.

- Defense fleet participates in a battle in case of having attack from opponent.

- When Battle of the Storm begins, registered fleet becomes defense fleet.

- You can edit defense fleet through the icon in main screen of Battle of the Storm.

3) Battle of the Storm Improvements

- Skip button will be clearer in all the replay battles.

- Your captain name will be colored yellow in ranking of Tortuga Brawl and Battle of the Storm.

- In form fleet UI, fleet switch arrow feature will be improved.

- In form fleet, your power level and opponent’s power level will appear.

- Strategy battle and Battle of the Storm guidebook will be added.

- Notification message will be added in case of assigning tactician duplicately.

■ Ship Level Up UI Improvement

Have you wondered about the max level of ship while leveling up?

From now, UI will be improved so the max level will of ship will appear while leveling up.

■ Extension in the Use of Unique Ships

Many captains are upgrading unique ships while enjoying Battle of the Storm which was newly added on December.

The use of powerful unique ships extends more and more.

You will be able to use unique ships in Tortuga Brawl, Alliance Battle(Defense), Port City Conquest(Defense).

Let’s include unique ships to enjoy battles with more various strategies!

■ New Season of Gibbs’ Gift

A new season of Gibbs’ Gift will begin in February.

In the new season, you can have “[Gibb's Gift Exclusive] Charming Heart Nametag” through purchase.

The heart shape name tag reminds me of Valentine's day!

I am so excited for the pretty name tag and improvements in Gibbs’ Gift season 3.

Also, UI will be improved so you can easily identify important rewards by stages.

And you can check the obtainable rewards from Special Gift before purchasing it.

If you purchase Special Gift, you can have Special Gift box daily.

Please be noted that you can claim “Gibbs’ Special Gift” by visiting Gibbs’s Gift page every day.

■ Plundered Resource UI Improvement

By this update, UI will be improved so you can check plundered resource right after attacking territory,

The amount of Food, Wood, and Silver will appear immediately.

If plundered resource is zero, it will not appear. In case there is no resource to plunder, “No resource” text message will be shown.

So please be noted about it!

■ Building and Ship Level Up Convenience Improvement

In case of using “Complete Now” for the fast upgrade, level up screen will be maintained without switching to territory.

■ Item Craft UI Improvement

Have you experienced opening inventory to check the number of items in case of producing uncommon resource or crafting speed up items?

If you select item to craft or produce, the number of items that you have will be shown.

So you will be able to craft items more convenient.

[Target]

1. Depot: Uncommon Resource Produce

- If you select Uncommon Resource to produce, the number of items that you have will be shown.

- But pieces will not appear.

2. Shipyard

- If you select Premium Ship Blueprint or Salvage Kit to craft, the number of items that you have will be shown.

3. Forge

- If you select Speed Up to craft, the number of items that you have will be shown.

4. Pirate Hall

- If you select Pirate’s Treaty to produce or Monster Summoning Scroll to combine, the number of items that you have will be shown.

5. Fortress

- If you select Letter of Marque or Privateer’s License to produce, the number of items that you have will be shown.

■ Building Upgrade Slot Convenience Improvement

The feature will be added to recommend the lowest level building that you can upgrade when you tap building upgrade slot.

■ Equipment Craft UI

If you tap “Craft” button in case equipment cannot be crafted, guide UI will inform why equipment craft is not possible.
