■ New content

1. New Unique Tactician

it's been weeks since we met Jack Sparrow's Shadow, the very first Unique tactician.

And now we are preparing to introduce you the 2nd Unique tactician.

The new tactician is Tier 5 and will be added together with Flying Dutchman episode.

2. Refine Equipment

A new system that will allow you to refine your equipment, will be added.

 1) Refine Equipment?

You can increase the options applied to the equipment through refining.

 2) How

 - Tier 5 or higher Masterpiece equipment can be refined by consuming Blacksmith's soul. One of the equipment options will increase randomly, and the Max Refining Level is limited to the equipment Meister level of each category. 

 - You will not fail on refining attempt, unlike equipment upgrade!

 3) Re-try until satisfied.

 - If you do not like the option increased from the result, you can try it again by using blacksmith soul. You can also cancel the result from retry, and bring the previous result back, which is the same system of Calypso's blessing.

 4) Note!

 - Blacksmith Souls consumed by equipment growth will not be returned when you sell the equipment.

 - The growth Figures will reset if the equipment is looted.

3. Shipwreck

Fairy tales come true. Now you can loot the shipwreck!

A shipwreck appears in the territory of the captain, who is level 7 or higher, after completing the shipwreck tutorial. You can get various rewards by touching the shipwreck. The shipwreck will disappear if you don't receive it in 24 hours. We will send you a push notification if you are not online, so please do not miss any Shipwreck rewards out.

■ Improvements

1. Tortuga Brawl

Now the content will be unlocked at fortress level 16.

2. Work status

The following information is added

1) Secret Mission

2) Alliance check-in

3) Lighthouse Free Exploration Available counts

4) Hunting Streak Available counts 

3. Tacticians

Now you will be given a notice though Main UI when you have a new tactician, instead of when you have an existing grow-able one.

4. Equipment random box opening effect

The opening effect for the high tier item will be improved and easily noticeable.

5. Daily Events (New Server)

When the new server opens, EITC and Notorious Pirates kill event will replace PK daily events for the first 2 weeks in the new server.

■ Re-Balancing (for New Servers)

1. Modification

After some time since the new battle balance has been applied to the new servers, we figured that the damage from Naval Bombardment is relatively low, 

As it was originally designed to make both naval Bombardment and Deck Combat meaningful, We are preparing for the adjustment of the naval bombardment balance. We hope you will find the new balance exciting. The ship tier balancing is also being prepared to reduce the stat differences between each tier a bit.
